Extra charges: Waiting time: Every 15 min and thereafter £10. (DRIVER HAS RIGHT TO DRIVE OFF)

Cancellation: Without notice: The driver has the right to charge your location charge if you said you don’t need the taxi last minute.

Booking times: We are usually on time or before the time of booking, however any accident road closure sickness we usually call our customers in advance to let them know about their journey time and price.

Accounts: Account journeys only dealt with ref. companies and individuals 

Card payments: Available in some of our vehicles however due to signaling problems in the forest some of our drivers would rather take cash payment or card payment before the journey.

Assaults on drivers and operators: We are recording all our calls and tracking all our taxis for business purposes any assault on any drivers will be reported to local authorities and the driver has the right to refuse the journey.

Taxi meters: All our taxi meters are based on local the New forest district council authorities where there are price changes in the early morning and late night
T1, T2, T3. Our prices changes depending on pick-up time, date 

Location charges: The New Forest location charges apply such as Beaulieu to Beaulieu -Lyndhurst to Lyndhurst depending on the locations we provide fix prices due to dead mileage in the New Forest.

Waiting time: If you kept the driver waiting over your booking time after 10 min. waiting charge will apply and the driver has the right to drive off and you will lose your booking with us unfortunately some locations we can not send you a taxi back in less than half an hour.

Prices: We are a taxi company all our taxis are fitted with taximeters, simply at the end of the journey, you will have to pay the meter price! 

Price enquiries: If a telephonist gave you a price which means the estimated price could be £2 less or £5 less or more depending on the milage, time prices are changed over the meter. 

Pets: We love the pets (dogs) but we regret we cannot allow dogs in our taxis (only lap dogs if well-behaved)

Pick up – Drop off:  Dear customer our drivers will only pick you up and drop off where it’s safe to be. Your safety is our priority!

School contracts: DBS drivers are available at all times. (Hampshire County Council approved)

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles: We regret we do not provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles anymore.

Group bookings: Payment advance required or a deposit is required for over 6 people taxi bookings.
